Guidelines to select registration fee

 

Before you register, you must create your own account in order to access the link for registration and submit your documents. To create an account, please use your email address as username and the password must be at least 8 characters (any combination of alphabets and/or numbers). When your account is generated, a reply email will be automatically sent to your email address for verification.

 

For Thai participants:

เภสัชกรที่เป็นสมาชิกของเภสัชกรรมสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (ภสท.) ไม่จำเป็นต้องสร้างบัญชีใหม่ ท่านสามารถใช้ account และ password เดิม แล้วเข้าสู่ระบบลงทะเบียนได้เลย หากท่านลืม password ให้คลิก "ลืมรหัส" เพื่อขอ password ใหม่ ซึ่งทาง ภสท. จะส่ง password ไปที่อีเมลของท่าน จากนั้นจึงกรอก Username และ password ท่านก็จะเข้าสู่ระบบลงทะเบียนได้ตามปกติ   

ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมที่สังกัดหน่วยงานราชการ สามารถดาวน์โหลดเอกสาร หนังสือขออนุมัติเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยไม่ถือเป็นวันลา ได้ที่ Tab Program

If you are an Oral Presenter or a Poster presenter you should register as a Delegate (not applicable after April 10, 2022) or a Student.
If you are a Listener you should register as an Attendee.


The registration fee is based on your institution/organization, not nationality.

* Please upload your student documentation for verification, we accept the following documentation as proof of Student status:
• Student ID card (with a valid, unexpired expiration date), or
• Transcript showing current enrollment, or
• Enrollment verification letter from the Office of The Registrar  
All valid documents must show your full name, your college/university name, and your date of attendance. 

 

** Please note that after May 31, 2022 and during last-minute registration, we accept only Attendee participant category.

 

Group discount for international institutions:
You are eligible for discounted rate (10% discount) on the registration fee if you are a group of 5 persons or more from the same institution. If you select Group discount, all team members should first register individually in the online registration system whereby your group name is indicated in the box “Group name”. Your group name should be created as Last name (of the team leader)_Abbreviation of your institution, e.g. Smith_ABU

 

Special discount for international institutions affiliated with host or co-host organizations:
You are eligible for discounted rate (20% discount) on the registration fee if you are a delegate of an institution having a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the host organizations (Thammasat University; Thai Industrial Pharmacist Association) or the co-host organizations (Burapha University, Chiang Mai University, Khon Kaen University, Mahasarakham University, Naresuan University, Prince of Songkla University, Rangsit University, Siam University, Silpakorn University, Srinakharinwirot University, Ubon Ratchathani University, Walailak University, ISPE Thailand).

Registration payment: 
Registration fees can be paid by money transfer. Please note that the registrant will be responsible for any bank charges incurred for processing the wire transfers.
 

For Oral presenter or Poster presenter, the registration invoice will be sent to your email. Please make your payment within a valid time period as indicated in the invoice. Your registration and paper submission will be successful only after your payment has been verified. If your payment has not been done in the time period indicated in the registration invoice, your registration and submission will be automatically cancelled and withdrawn from the conference.

Receipt:

Unless otherwise specified, a hard copy of your receipt will be issued and sent to you via registered mail (Thailand Post) within approximately 2 weeks after the completion of the conference.

 

Cancellation & Refund:

  • Cancellation made by May 31, 2022 will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation and refund will not be allowed after May 31, 2022.

  • Participant category (and corresponding registration fee) cannot be changed after May 31, 2022 and payment cannot be refunded.

  • Please note that for an Oral presenter or Poster presenter, your payment cannot be refunded once your submission has already proceeded to the review process.

  • Any incurred bank and service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds will be made after completion of the conference.
